Sophie, your cakes are so beautifully finished and absolutely delicious too. It’s so wonderful that you can, not only make cakes to suit your customer’s individual taste, but also use recipes such as ‘gluten free’ and ‘nut free’ etc, to accommodate their special dietary needs. You really do go that ‘one step’ further to ensure customer satisfaction and naturally your customers will place orders with you time and time again. I just wanted to write and let you know how pleased we were with the wedding cake that you created for my son and daughter in law; it was amazing! Having seen the wonderful array of cakes that you not only make, but design too, I was not disappointed. The care and attention to detail that you take, along with the very professional finish and service that you provide, is excellent! The cake was delivered and displayed beautifully at the reception venue, allowing the guests to admire and photograph it before enjoying the many different layers and flavours. We were thrilled and look forward to our next order!

Thanks so much for our amazing cup cakes for the wedding Sophie. You decorated the table amazing and the cupcakes were outstanding. The attention to detail and how you matched the colours to our colour scheme was fantastic!! Loved the bird cage on the top which was made out of icing and lasts forever as a keepsake!! Loved it all!!
